What we collect

When you request a free audit or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, website, WhatsApp number, business type, country, platform, budget range and message. We do not collect payment data through this website.

If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

We use your details only to prepare your audit, reply to your request and follow up about it. We do not sell your data and we do not add you to mailing lists without your consent.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through a form processing service. If enabled, Google Analytics measures site usage. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case it is kept for the duration of the engagement and as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@khaleejseo.com. We respond within 30 days. We respect applicable data protection laws in the countries we serve, including the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law.
